Before I tell you about my background let me share what I have accomplished since I have been with Ellison Realty.

2004 started with Ellison and was awarded "Team Player of The Year". That was just the beginning in 2005 (my first full year with the company) I was awarded "Associate of The Year", "Single Top Listing Agent", Multi-Million Dollar Producer" and Outstanding Sales Producer"! I have since created a "Team" by adding John Mello. John works with me full time. He is a professional in every sense of the word with having background in both Real Estate and Construction. John was a Real Estate Broker in New England as well as having been a General Contractor having built over 5000 residential units throughout New England.

2006 & 2007 !!!! As a TEAM John and I have pushed the limit again! We were awarded "Associate of the Year", "Top Listers", "Outstanding Sales Production" and "Outstanding Production" by the Board of Realtors. Let us put all our construction background to work for you! I hold a construction Supervisor's license and have built custom homes over 5000 square feet. I am nationally certified as a Building Inspector, Building Plans Examiner and a Building Commissioner. I have worked for major cities in Massachusetts.

So, how did I end up in Real Estate in Florida? Well, it was time for a change. Time to live where we wanted to live and time for me to do what I wanted to do. We moved here in 2003, and with all of Florida to choose from we chose Lake County - the hot bed of Real Estate activity. Lake County has so much to offer! Homes in every price range, amenities to suit every taste, close enough to all major tourist areas without living in them, etc.

Hi Robert,

You have brought back the terrible memories of heating bills in Massachusetts. Since moving to Fl. in 2003 life is much more simple. Remember there are no oil bills!!!!! I own a 1900 sq ft home with 10' ceilings, no pool and built in 1999 with an agerave rating on my A/C and heat pump system. In the heat of summer 90+ degrees everyday my electric bill will run me $250.00 in the winter with the exception of Christmas and the lights my bill is rouhgly $135.00. Now remember that is EVERYTHING no other fuel!!!! Not bad at all
