I would have to agree with both of the previous answers. A limited service broker is just that, limited in the marketing. You should list with a full service broker sooner than later. Do a little homework and find the best Realtor for your home. Talk to a few, and go with who you feel most comfortable with. - Wed Apr 23 2008, 07:39
