Hello Kevin,

Watersong is a gated resort community with many amenities available.
You can get a home as small as 3 bedroom or as large as a 6 bedroom holiday home.
90% of the homes have conservation views and are less than 15 minutes to Disney.

I also have other communities on this same site, some still in progess of being updated.

Other communities in the same area of Watersong are Providence, Aviana and Sereno.

Shakil,

2 months is not an unreasonable amount of time for a closing.
Are you working with a Realtor? Did you send in a deposit with your contract?
Are you asking the buyer to pay all the closing costs?

It really is hard to say why they are rejecting your offers withou knowing all the details
and homes you are wanting to buy.

Hello Donna,

Also, they can close alot faster with a cash deal then with a mortgage.
If the house is in a state of disrepair, ei no heating, bad roof, it cannot be financed with
a regular mortgage.
