Hi Robert,
Unfortunately, I do not feel it will be extended. Today I received a letter from State Representative Jay Inslee and he says he heard no talk of it to date. Certainly, I am urging our local congress people to pass an extension. The National Association of Realtors is lobbying for the extension, too.
