If your main concern is making money when you sell in a couple years, buy single family rather than a condo. If you can spend $330k you can find something.

Your agent can do a search for you and provide you with a list. I am not sure where to get one unless you have access to the MLS. It also makes sense to provide a little more information, age of home, how big and so on. It is a pretty easy search to generate. - Tue May 27 2008, 19:39

I personally buy foreclosures as well as buy them for customers. It is a tremendous amount of work to find a good piece of property and when you do you will be in competition with other investors, some who are as smart as you are.
I agree with not limiting yourself to just foreclosures, but I would at least look at them alongside the other inventory out there. - Tue May 6 2008, 20:33
