Hi Robert,
Currently in the Kingman / Golden Valley MLS we have 5,666 ACTIVE vacant land listings. And only 74 PENDING vacant land listings. Within the past 6 months there has been 328 SOLD vacant land listings.
(This includes the majority of Mohave County.)
In the Kingman and Golden Valley area alone we have 2.332 ACTIVE vacant land listings. And only 35 PENDING vacant land listings. Within the past 6 months there has been 128 SOLD vacant land listings.
This includes all types of land in all locations. Each location is in a separate market. Overall vacant land sales are down and pricing is down. Some areas do not show sales within 1 year however some have sales every month.
