I would focus on trying to take the high road and not try to manipulate the system. Why not try to sell the mobil home at market value or below and get out of it with dgnity and perhaps some walk away money? Then buy your first real estate parcel and become a first time home buyer. Built up your credit rather than damaging it with a forclosure on your credit file.
