About Me
In the past 15 years, I have witnessed growth in the Alliance Corridor that surpasses any growth "plans" in any other major cities. What used to be considered "country living" is quickly becoming the "heartbeat of North Texas". Just ask Terry Bradshaw, he will tell you when he bought his farm in Roanoke he wanted to live out in the country away from it all...Roanoke is now an up and continually growing laid back country community that is just miles from the Byron Nelson and Alliance Gateway.
My specialties in this area lie in relocating families to the Keller and Northwest ISD's. Where your children can attend nationally accredited schools, take horse riding lessons and compete in Texas' nationally ranked sports programs.
I have lived in Hawaii and have relocated several times as an Air Force spouse. My experience in relocating from overseas to the United States as well as to 13 stateside locations allows me to say "I have been there, done that and understand all of your challenges.

Both companies are 3 star in customer satisfaction which can be a difficult element to measure because everyone has their own expectations. Quality is of utmost importance as well as location.

Cumberland Farms is a beautiful community as well, the homes are a bit pricy because they are larger with more ammenities and the lots offer more privacy than Quali Run. However if Quali Run is your choice, here is one home that is available :

If you don't use a Realtor, where the bank pays the commission, you will need to find an attorney, which you will pay for so you can at least have piece of mind.

The Naval Air station / Joint Reserve Base is located in Fort Worth, Texas. Just a heads up in the event you consider north Texas as a final destination.

In the event you consider moving to the Fort Worth area, the estimated tax percentages range from 2.5% - 2.8%, depending on if you live within city limits. My daughter bought a new home from a builder that wa priced at 162k, she got it for 148k with builder discounts and a guaranteed 4.8% interest rate for 30 years. New builds are by far the best investment in my area because sellers are competing with the awesome amount of inventory in Keller, Southlake and the Alliance Corridor.
Where are you coming from? What is your time frame to move? Interest rates are going up so let me know if you need any help in determining what part of Texas you will call home.
