Kapolei and Makakilo are unique areas. Although we have experienced a decline in pricing, for the most part the market condition is pretty strong with high numbers of closed sales within the last quarter. For a detailed report contact me and I will be happy to share it with you. I know of some really hot buys in these areas right now and would love to show them to you.
