4/2's are Very Popular , Then 3/2's , 3/1's are Ok , but it drops off

There are 40,000 ppl coming into Columbus , GA & PHX City
in the Next 2 to 4 Years . I have 21 Doors and only 1 Vacancy
as of Today .
