Background and Education.
Skip grew up near Pittsburgh, PA and graduated with a B.S. degree in engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. After graduation, he served as a Navy Pilot for 5 years and spent 21 months in Vietnam. Upon leaving the navy, he flew as a pilot for Eastern Airlines and remained with them until 1989. While flying for Eastern, Skip received a JD degree in law from Nova University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He is a Certified Negotiation Specialist and recently received a Certificate of Appreciation from Nova University in recognition of his commitment to the advancement and training of professionals in the field of Conflict Resolution.
Other Qualifications.
In the event that your company is participating in your move, Skip's designation as a Certified Relocation Specialist, places him on a list of select agents who are qualified and approved to work with your company's relocation department or any separate relocation company they may use. Since you are purchasing a condo, most condo associations have the insurance premiums included in their monthly maintenance fee, so you can get the figure from the association, but most of the time this figure is shown on the listing information sheet, if it is in the Multiple Lisitng Service database.
