About Me
Real Estate Professional servicing Johnstown, PA Davidsville, PA and surrounding areas. I moved to Johnstown in 2006 from Philadelphia, PA to be closer to family. My wife grew up in Johnstown and we desired a great place to raise children.

Since moving back I have become involved in local activities including being an Elder at our church and Moderator. I have helped many clients moving back into the area. They have appreciated my professional nature and business experience. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Grace College in Winona Lake, IN.

Many of my clients are in the New Construction market and relocation. I have assisted home owners, buyers, New Construction builders, and land developers.

How do I find out who gave me a positive or negative response for my feedback?

IN regards to Agents posting answers to questions miles away... There was an Agent from California that "answered" a question about property values in Western PA. Maybe I just have a pie-in-the-sky ideal that says, If it aint my market, shut up (don't post) and keep moving. Allow agents from that area to answer these items.

I would recommend a few items:

1. Reduce the scrolling on your page to 1.5 page size scroll
2. Add links to the other information
3. Don't center everything
4. Reduce the animated text to the following Headlines:
Listings, Buying, Selling (the rest is understood)

I think these items will really clean up the site. The other pages looked to be in good order, your home page is where the focus needs to be.
