My business partner lives in Dresher (we own a small shopping center together). Not knowing which shore destination you have in mind - I wil provide an estimate from Dresher to Ocean City NJ. It is aproximately 80 miles and depending on the time of year, the day of the week, and the time of day you are driving - that 80 miles can take 1 and a half hours (off season with no traffic) or 3 and a half hours (on a popular summer weekend). If you are considering buying in Dresher - I would be thrilled to be of assistance to you. If you are considering buying a summer home at the shore I'd be happy to schedule interviews with several buyers agents in whichever shore resort you are considering.
