What scares you most about purchasing a home now?

Robyn Frerman-thompson answered:
Nothing! This is a great time to purchase a home. Inventory is high and as the buyer you have a advantage. Intrest rates are still low and FHA loans are available. It's a great time to invest in your furture!

Robyn Frerman-thompson answered:
Hi Wendy-
It’s a very expensive career. May initial investment in my business was about 2,500 for License, MLS & Board Fees, business cards and so on. For me, I started doing very well within the first six months and have done well years after. I recommend you contact your local Broker and shadow full time agent. Ask questions about your market to help decided if it’s a good time for you to become a Real Estate Professional. As with anything, you get out of it, what you put into it! - Thu May 8 2008, 23:26
