I just came across your question.You can find one bedroom condos in Saxony Manor , Log College and Meadowwood condos. You can look up all available listings in Bucks Montgomery and Philadelohia on my web site. Hi Sean, The spring market is here. Last weekend all agents in our office reported that thye had many people at the open houses. The market is not as good as it was 2 years ago.. Homes in good condition priced right are selling quicker that others. Homes in certain price range are selling quicker. Your home would be perfect for first time buyers as well as retiring people. Most people prefer to buy end units. The builder usually charges a premium for end units. You may have a side yard, there may be more light and it would sell quicker if you want to sell it. But it depends on the location. It should not be enar a busy street etc. - Fri Mar 7 2008, 17:00
