I currently have a listing in Bent Creek on Long Cove Rd. Quite honestly, it is a very difficult market in the area right now and sales have been slow except for new construction...it is difficult to compete with the builders and there are also several short sales which are depressing the prices. That being said, there have been sales in The Trails at Bent Creek, and I would welcome the opportunity to list another home in the area. Please let me know if you need additional information or if I can assist you in any way...
