"Aeling FamilyDavid Ott should be the standard by which all real estate agents are measured. Moving is a daunting expierence, especially from out of town. I was fortunate to find David through my Keller Williams office in Dallas. David previewed many properties in person and met with builder reps and searched new listings daily on my behalf and emailed all that met my requirements; we were in constant communication. When it came time for us to fly to Jacksonville, we already had a pretty good list. David cleared his calendar and spent two and a half days with us. I think we looked at over 40 houses. He was professional and delightful. He could spot issues and alerted me to possible problems. He definately had my best interest in mind and was not just out to make a sale. He guided me through every aspect of the process. He handled many things for me that were difficult to deal with from out of town. David worked very hard for me. I could go on and on about David Ott- he was super!!! I would recommend him to everyone."
