No one can really answer a definite yes or no. However, we have ties to many of the local homebuilders in our area, and many of them are talking about price increases. At this point they are still contemplating the increase, but it is a good sign. On the other side of the token we personally have seen an increase in buyers; which is a catalyst that is needed for a market rebound.
