Hi planning on moving to Jacksonville,Fl. A house on internet with zip code of 32209 hows the area?

Saint John's county is very close to Jacksonville jobs, as most of the jobs in Jacksonville are in south Jacksonville (not downtown). The schools are also better in Saint John's County (SJC). Traffic is not bad between SJC and south Jacksonville because there are plenty of back roads and alternate routes to get pretty much anywhere. The Arlington/Ft Caroline area is an excellent location for you because it is half-way between Naval Station Mayport and JU.

Short sales are typically listed below market value to sell fast to prevent foreclosure. A short sale is generally a good deal. The Bank is the responsible party in this transaction and typically accepts multiple offers.
