Specializing in condominium sales and knowing the value that a high-end remodel can add to a property allowed them to see past the comparable listings and recommend a price at the high end of the range. Going the Extra Mile I’m still amazed at how much Tim & Keith were able to accomplish in just one day. After signing the listing papers and getting out on the MLS, plus all of the other behind the scenes things, they still found time to come out and stage the condo in a very tasteful and broadly appealing way. I’m certain that this contributed greatly to the speed at which my condo sold. I have many friends who are agents, but from this day forward I will only use Tim & Keith when it comes to buying or selling real estate. John L. Scott should hire both of them to train the rest of their agents to capitalize on their formula for success.""
