I think what you're really looking for is access to all pertinent info. The MLS provides agents with personal seller info, house status (vacant, occupied, etc.) that the general public shouldn't have. I too wish the public had access to days on market, unfinished sq. ft. vs. finished, without the added step of many other public agency sites, or through an agent.
