Brownsburg is still a good area and lots of homes are still selling there. One of the best pieces of advice I can give you is make sure your home looks like a model home when it is being shown. We are seeing great looking and well staged homes sell and the messy smelly homes with pet hair and uncleaned kitchens and bathrooms sit on the market for a very long time.
