There are several condos available downtown, some of the areas that may appeal to you that are in close proximity to the monument circle- Meridian Arch (which is 802 Meridian) old church that is being renovated 1 bedroom. There is also a condo directly off Mass Ave (which is filled with life) 2bd remodeled. Two condos are available in the 'Clevelander' which is even closer to the circle (newer brownstone style off East and New Jersey). Email me more specifics with what type of architecture you like (historic or modern?), do you need 1 or 2 bedrooms, would you like to walk to the office?, I would be happy to send you these listings directly, I also can send you a few new developments that are in the midst of completion, we specialize in the Washington Twp and downtown area. Once you choose your property, have your agent look at the property history to see what the Seller paid for the house and how long ago, this is important to determine a reasonable asking price to prevent you from paying too high and being stuck in a situation where you loose money if you ever have to sell. Make sure the neighborhood is right for you, think about how long you can spend in the house, if it is a 2 bedroom, will you out grow it soon? First thing- make sure if you have a solid offering price in mind and make sure that financially your in line - pre-appoved for an amount that you are comfortable with! - Tue May 27 2008, 08:23
