Go to Indygov.org and click on the Marion County Tax icon. You put in an address or parcel number for assessed value and current taxes. A calculator at the bottom helps you determine what taxes will be in 2009 and 2010. Thanks to everyone who answered my question. I had approached my broker on this and he told me my only recourse was Small Claims Court but I decided to fight it out and that is what my buyer wanted me to do. It finally paid off because the listing agent sent me the signed Mutual Release today with my buyer getting his earnest money back. - Thu May 8 2008, 17:20
I would try to get the buyers to take a look at it explaining the sellers would be disappointed if they did not at least go in so you could give feedback to the listing agent. I don't leave a card unless I am instructed to by the showing desk. - Sun May 4 2008, 15:00
