There are over 200 condos for sale (2-bedroom/2-bath or smaller) on Gulf Blvd from St Pete Beach up through Indian Shores, so you have lots to choose from. The prices range from $675,000 to $75,000 depending on size, view, location (on the beach or across the street), over 55 building. It just depends on your needs and desires.
