Broker at United Country-Scenic Rivers Realty
Angie Gallaher answered:
Do the foreclosure papers given to you state that it is a judicial or statutory foreclosure? If it says it is statutory, you may want to seek an attorney to attempt to put an injunction on the foreclosure temporarily and take the foreclosure before a judge where you might have the opportunity to explain your circumstances or buy time to get it sold. - Fri Oct 3 2008, 10:04
