You can ask your agent to look into new developements based on the area you are looking into. I know that as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker, we have many relationsips with several builders and we are always up to date with the new and up and coming communities all of the chicagoland area.
You may also check out: http://www.internest.com They offer homebuyers 1% cash back rebates on new home purchases. You may also look intohttp:// www.homebuilder.com as well.
You may want to do some research on the builders that you find communities you are interested in. Many builders have recently filed backrupcy so you may want to know about their current standings before you consider building. Your agent can help you with that.
If you need someone to help you and don't have a Realtor that you are currently working with, let me know and I would be more than happy to help.

Thank you

Sally, finding a home is a difficult process and Im sorry to hear that your Realtor was not helpful. If you signed a buyer-agency agreement, I would tell the agent whom you want to fire that you would like to cancel your contract since you are unhappy with the service you have been provided. If the agent gives you a difficult time, contact the main broker from where the agent is and he or she can assist you.

If you didn't sign an agreement, you can just let the agent know that you are no longer in need of their services and end it there. But you must also know that if you are interested in a home that you visited with that Agent, the agent is the procuring cause and may be enititled to commission. I have a client that was recently in the same situation but luckly, the homes that they previously saw were not ones that they were interested in, so they were able to part ways and move on.

If you are looking for a Realtor who will help you find the perfect place and take your needs into heart, I can help you find the perfect place. I live in the Algonquin area and know the local area and surrounding suburbs. I would love to help you find a home that suits your needs and budget.
You can email me (dorthy.pastorelli@cbexchange.com) what you are looking for and we can determine the homes that fit your criteria and view the homes that best fit. I have access to thousands of homes on the market as well as homes that are brand new that haven't been posted yet. With my resources, I can find the right home for you.

If you need any help with anything or have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
I can help you review the documents that you may have signed or help you determine further your course of action.

Thanks so much!

St. Charles is a great area and there is definate movement of homes in that area. As a homeowner, I understand the position that you are coming from and your concerns.
I would recommend that you weigh your options between selling and renting to determine what choice is best for you. There are pros and cons to renting.
I service the St. Charles area and would love to sit down with you and discuss the current market conditions, provide you with both options available to you so that you can make a decision.

Thank you

What an exciting time for you! This is such a great time to be a homebuyer and rates are very low which puts you at a fantastic advantage. I am an Agent with Coldwell Banker. As a full service Agent, my office offers loans thru Coldwell Banker Home Loans. In addition, I also have a contact thru Wells Fargo. I could provide you with both of their contact information.

Please feel free to email me and I can provide you with the information. In addition, if you need any help finding a home, I could help you find a perfect home that is in your price range and perfect for your needs.

Thank you

McHenry has undegone a tremendous amount of growth in the last several years which makes it area more appealing to homebuyers. There are many factors to consider when thinking of listing your home. Are there many homes in your area for sale, what are the average prices, what price are you looking to sell your home at, etc..
As a previous homeowner near that area, I am very familiar with what the market offers and what they key points are that attract buyers to McHenry.
As a realtor with Coldwell Banker, I have unlimited access to not only information about the area, but I have access to list your home and market it to the highest degree to ensure maximum exposure and get buyers to your home. My extensive and one of a kind marketing plan will make your home stand out above the others. I would love the opportunity to sit down with you and discuss the current market for your area, provide you with a fair market value for your home and show you how we can position your home to get it sold as well as help you find a new home closer to work.
Please give me a call and let's set up a time that fits your schedule to discuss your needs and get you the most value for your home!

Thank you
