"In April 1999 we had been renting a home that was suddenly infested with termites. I called Susan Barnes to find me a home quick. After prequalification was done, I took my list of what I wanted in a home and the location desired for my husband, me and our pets and found several that met my expectations. Susan took me to all of the homes I had picked out to see. She was very helpful providing information on the homes, what I could expect in negotiations and basically handled everything for me but picking out the perfect home. "My husband and I could not have been happier than with Susan Barnes as our Real Estate agent. We moved from Southern California to Huntsville a year ago and everything was foreign to us here in the South. Thank goodness Susan was the consummate professional.
