Should I use a Realtor to Buy a New Construction Home?

Debi Fraser answered:
I sure would. One of the concerns I have is the buyer is so excited that they may over look or forget some of the details. A realtor will follow the construction from the fondation all the way to the finished home and again do his or her job while the home owner can enjoy the constuction phase. - Wed Apr 9 2008, 16:26
