""Sharon went well above our expectations. We had some ideas about the areas and type of home we wanted. Moving from "The Burbs" we we not very familiar with living inside the Loop. Sharon was extremely patient with us while showing us what we thought we wanted. After several appointments, and some dissapointments, she suggested we look in The Heights area. Sharon found us a home that is perfect for our lifestyle. We love the community!""

Scott, Montrose is a great place to purchase a home. Lots of unique people, shops and restaurants. You are near downtown, mid-town and only about 15 minutes away from the Galleria. New construction is all around the area, as is resales. Make sure when you find a home, get a good inspector. Let us know if we can help. - Mon May 26 2008, 19:34

Alot of good builders are using agents. However, I agree with the answer above. That area is hopping, so look for builder signs and call them. - Mon May 26 2008, 19:28
Buy what you truly can afford! Don't come out of the first purchase "house poor". Set your limits and do not let anyone tell you that a few more dollars won't hurt you. Look at all repairs needed for the house and have your realtor give you names of good inspectors. - Mon May 26 2008, 19:26
Absolutely! When you decide to move look at all your options and note what are the worst areas of congestion in Houston. Real Estate professionals will know and understand where to lead you in your search. The inner city has become a very popular area because you are so close to work, shopping and all airports. Schools are good (depending on the neighborhood), restaurants are great all over our City and shopping is in abundance. - Sat May 19 2007, 09:34
