About Me
Known as the Fuller Team - Suzanne and Mark Fuller are well known Houstonians and have been practicing real estate on a professional basis for over 12 years. With over 80 years of combined residency, they are both very well connected in the city. Although they assist their vast client base in the sale of homes in all price ranges, their specialty is working with the higher end client. Mark is an expert on all of the finer luxury home communities in the Houston area.

As President and founder of Real Estate Solutions Inc. Mark is a successful real estate investor. This company was founded for the purpose of buying and selling problematic residentail real estate including forclosures and pre-forclosures. Today, the bulk of Mark's time is spent consulting others in the purchase and sale of residential real estate.

Houston is one of the rare major metropolitan areas in North America where a rental property can cover 100% of the acquisition costs including taxes, insurance and maintenance. It is not as easy as you might think however. You should be careful to focus on areas supported by excellent schools as this will keep appreciation and demand solid for years to come. Best benchmark price range in my opinion in $125,000 - $140,000 . You can buy newly constructed home - smaller - say 1600 ish sf in some areas of The Woodlands - zoned to exemplary rated elementary and middle school. Your best bet is a townhome or Condo - the price range for the safer complexes is $120's to $230's. Check out the Katy School District - pound for pound the best district in the Hosuton area based on the nubmer of schools rated as exemplary.
