Costs in Arkansas run around $90 to $135 per sq ft depending upon the topography of the land and the amenities you put into the home. We have some new builds in Hot Springs Village, AR that are upgraded with wood floors, granite countertops, jacuzzi tubs and 12-16 foot high ceilings, all brick exterior, 3 car garage ---- all for $118 to $125 per foot. Hi Evelyn, I work for Century 21 HSV Realty in Hot Springs Village, AR. I'm retired military so it was important to me to find a low cost of living community that would stretch my retirement income. Arkansas is just the right place for my wife and I. Our community has nine golf courses, 12 lakes, 20 miles of hiking trails, a fitness center with indoor pool and three lane walking track, library, community center, professional tennis center, and a 650 seat performing arts center. Come to HSV for the beauty, intelligence, and friendship. Seehttp:// www.hsvpoa.org Resale is not a problem in HSV. We have about 600 homes a year sell out of about 8000 structures.
