I live in CA but want to buy in PA. Do I have to get a loan from a PA lender or can I just get one in CA?

Neptune, we are lifelong residents of Fort Washington, I have been a member of the Fire Company for 49 years and was President of the Board of Commissioners in Upper Dublin for 12 years, so we know Fort Washington. as for your question a Mortgage broker should be licensed in Pa and more importantly you need to be able to interact with that person, especially i f there are any issues that arise, and in today's market issues are arising.
