LEAST EXPENSIVE WEB SITE NAMES (URLs)

Yvonne Jaramillo Ahearn, Esq.* answered:
I have used GoDaddy, as well, but prefer ValueWeb and have all my domains hosted there (My main real estate website is with Top Producer, though) Domains with ValueWeb are around $14 for 2 years and you get 2 free web pages with each domain - no monthly charge - hosting starts at $9.95/month if you want more than a 2 pg template-based site. Customer service has been very good. I purchased my first domain with them about 5 years ago. - Sun Aug 26 2007, 11:33

How to drive more people to our house?

Yvonne Jaramillo Ahearn, Esq.* answered:
Do you have an agent? A good agent should be able to come up with a marketing plan to help drive people to your home - one idea - you could offer a higher commission to buyers agents , this would encourage them to bring more buyers to see your home. - Sun Aug 26 2007, 11:25

Question removed

Yvonne Jaramillo Ahearn, Esq.* answered:
There are many places in Hawaii (on all the islands) that support local artists : Honolulu, Kailua, Haleiwa among those on Oahu. For Maui - Lahaina, Haiku, Paia, Makawao, etc.. Kauai - Kapaa, Hanapepe, Hanalei, etc. This is not an all-inclusive list, pretty much every community supports the local artists, especially to the extent that their art is reflective of Hawaii and the Hawaiian culture . - Sun Aug 26 2007, 10:45
Yvonne Jaramillo Ahearn, Esq.* answered:
The high rise condo might be easier to sell if you live in an area where the condo has a spectacular view, which the townhome, being lower, does not have - I agree with the answers below, but ultimately, it depends on the property - Sun Aug 26 2007, 10:38
Yvonne Jaramillo Ahearn, Esq.* answered:
You can always legally ask him to give you something, but he can always legally say no. There is no obligation on his part. It is not necessary that he helped you find the property to be entitled to his FULL commission. That said, many agents, especially those who want repeat business, will give their clients a nice closing or "housewarming" gift. You did not say how much the purchase price of your home was ... If it was very expensive, your agent might give you a bigger gift -- but as large as a washer and dryer?-- he would have to be very grateful for the sale. - Sun Aug 26 2007, 10:28
