In Hawaii, we have a number of realtor's Leaving smaller boutique companies to go with the larger companies that have the resources to handle the slower market. In these times, I find that realtors need the coaching to go out and look for your next escrow rather than waiting for it to walk into your office. A number of realtor's production has gone down. What are the companies doing for them to help get them back on track with their business plan.
I was one such agent that left a smaller company to a larger more dominant company to seek less out of pocket costs for advertising and marketing, to increase my lead generation by cooparative marketing with my company and superb mentoring from my managers that were non-competetive broker's.
