Yes, but qualified. In a visual media raised community, where movies, TV, music videos, video games are a major part of our culture, and because we have Buyers in far off lands, Video Tours are helpful. However, because we are an island, as well as, have construction quality or island home designs not typically seen on the mainland, unique traffic patterrns, and other situations in specific locations, I would definitely rely on an agent to help Buyers shop.
