With a score of 611 it is possible. But where did you obtain this score?
Many lenders and investors require at 620 middle credit score, but there are still loan programs available in that score range - it just becomes more difficult.
As a suggestion, call me and let's talk about your options. It may better suit you to work on your credit and see an improvement within 30-45 days (if your credit will allow).
