I have been a Real Estate Broker for over 20 years both in Los Angeles California and in the Henderson/Las Vegas area of Nevada. Working primarily in the "move up" market, I find great joy in assisting first time home buyers. There are a tremendous amount of "buyer assistant" programs that 'gives' the buyer down payment and closing cost monies in the form of grants at interest rates lower than standard loans. I have been fortunate to be a player in the luxury home market as well. Representing professional athletes and entertainers in the purchase and sale of multi million dollar homes.

Another possibility is that the the current owner is a "non owner occupier". The tax rate is higher if the property is not your primary residence. - Mon Jun 9 2008, 13:25

Hi David-13 Mesquite Village Circle was on the market for approximately 3 months. It is NOT a foreclosure or short sale. It was listed on the multiple listing service and was rented at the end of February. The property is 2039 Sq. Ft. with 4 bedrooms and 2. 5 baths.
