Lisa Newman answered:
Hi Maureen, The best thing to do, if you can get in touch with your Realtor, is to let him/her know you would like to see a house prior to their return. They can then call the listing Realtor and see if that person would be willing to show you the house without their presence and with the understanding that you are working with someone already. Your Realtor may also have someone in their office that can make the appointment for you and accompany you as well. The important thing to remember is if you were to call about information on a house, you should also state right up front that you are working with a Realtor so there is no confusion moving forward. - Thu Oct 1 2009, 05:08
