I guess the seller hasn't heard that we are not in a seller's market anymore. Find yourself a real estate pro to represent you as a buyer and move on to the next home. Of course, if you think that the home you found is still the best deal out there with the cost of repairs factored in, buy it. Isn't it nice that as a buyer you have the option of buying whatever you want? There are plenty of homes for sale in Charlotte and one of them has your name on it. - Fri Jun 5 2009, 13:18
