Call me. We can start the process as soon as possible. Your chances are good. We have a Short Sale Dept. and they are excellent. You need an offer as soon as possible so that the entire package can be forwarded to the lender. It cost the lenders close to $60,000. to foreclose on a property. Most lenders welcome the Short Sales. Your not alone, there are several Short Sales on the market now and plenty of BUYERS looking for them.
