I have a very diverse ability as I study on anything I do not know about. While I can assist in any real estate transaction and have experience in residential sales, commercial sales & valuations, land, and development, my primary expertise lies in valuation and analysis of investment real estate. I am able to listen to the client's needs and put together real estate investment strategies that make sense and work within the goals of the investor.

My strongest ability is in marketing, mostly due to my numerous years of Internet marketing background.

I am a computer geek by nature and a real estate broker by profession. Originally licensed in real estate in 2003, I have shown my ability time and again to be able to market properties online and get them sold much more quickly than the traditional agent.

Prior to my real estate career, I was a computer consultant/programmer with a high emphasis in web-based programming/consulting and Internet Marketing. My true love for real estate came after buying my first home in 2003. I have taken my real estate education to the max learning as much about the profession as possible and utilizing my technology background to help create Tech Realty® and hope to eventually grow it into a national brand with the help of my business partner.
