About Me
Hi! My name's Eric and I'm a resident of Groveton (Northumberland), NH. I enjoy a variety of things from playing video games like Halo and Guitar Hero to practicing Parkour (if you don't know what it is look it up). Then there is my hobby of doing Real Estate. I have always loved properties and seeing people find a home they truly enjoy. So once I was 18 I went down and did my test and here I am today. Many people often feel uneasy about putting the fate of their future home or future money from the sale of their home in the arms of an 18 year old but I'm here to prove them wrong and I WILL do just as well if not better as any other agent out there. No problems only solutions!

As nice as it would be to judge a homes value by a paragraph variables always exist. Get an agent or two to come look at the property. - Thu Jul 31 2008, 10:29

Personally I think manufactured homes are more of a money pit compared to stick built homes. Not only do mobile home have a lesser retail value but financing and insurance are two things you should look at. If you are only buying a mobile home because its affordable and you are going to stay in a trailer park I would advise you go see a local real estate agent and see what they recommend.. - Thu Jul 24 2008, 09:43

I'm more familiar with Northern New Hampshire market but I'll base my opinion on if both areas are the same. First off, it probably shouldn't have taken a week to get all of your tours up and running, the first month is critical because thats when the listing is new and eye-catching to buyers who have been looking for homes. As for changing the price, if the comparables came in as being competative and you need to maxamize your income then I wouldn't drop the price already, wait a month, if there are no phone calls or showings thats when you should talk to your agent or your agent should talk to you about price dropping. - Wed Jul 16 2008, 07:22
