I promise you a professional real estate experience here in lovely Greenville, SC. For years, I have been nationally recognized by world leaders for providing my clients with the very best in financial services. As a CPA and investment advisor, I have assisted my clients in making wise investments while minimizing taxes. My practice grew from zero clients to serving over 700 families in less than 6 years. The past 2 years clients were added by referral only.
As your agent, I am capable of extending to you my experience in buying, selling and financing many of my own personal and commercial properties; sophisticated investment knowledge and tax efficiency expertise. My team and I are on track to sell over $6 million in real estate this year. Only 50 people in our area sell more than $6 million each year.
Although I grew up in a large mill working family in the south side of Chicago, I have been fortunate enough to attend Bob Jones University and obtained a degree in professional accountancy. Upon graduation, I was recruited to work as a CPA in Greenville for Deloitte and Touche. I circled the globe as certified internal auditor and certified fraud examiner for Fluor Daniel prior to starting my own CPA, insurance and investment firms.
I am serving the county as the chairman of the Human Relations Commission. One of main objectives is to maintain fair housing initiatives in the county. I am delighted to announce that our commission assists over 5000 citizens each year in obtaining affordable housing and becoming knowledgeable in financing.
My wife, Jo-Ellen, and I have been married for 22 years and have one daughter, Victoria who is in the 6th grade at Hampton Park Christian School. We love to ride our horses and are avid and accomplished ballroom dancers. We have lived in the Greenville community for over 25 years and have seen our city blossom to the beautiful place to live that it has become.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, I listed personal property on the FSBO.com's etc with no success. A few email inquires perhaps but no showings. Showings sell homes. This is one reason I became a Realtor. I can list property on two MLS's, I can promote them as Featured Homes on Realtor.com (#1 place buyer's search). Go to Realtor.com and type in Greenville, SC and you will see 4 of my listings at the top of the web page. You can become a Realtor or you can hire one. I'd be glad to speak with you as I am here in Greenville. I perform nearly 100 price opinions per month and I can perform one for you if you'd like. - Tue Jan 22 2008, 12:17
Most people I know like Buena Vista Elementary. I believe Sugar Creek and Silver Leaf are both serviced by Buena Vista. Brockman-McClimon Road is a rural area past the GSP airport. - Sat Nov 17 2007, 15:49
A pre-approval is not a guarantee because they haven't confirmed everything you told them about your credit and income, etc. Confirmation of facts takes place after you have a contract which is when you actually make a loan application. A professional lender would have educated you on this matter. If there was more than a month or so lapse in time, the programs you were once qualified for may have changed.
Based upon this back and forth movement in values, I'd be looking for another mortgage broker. Sounds as if this one is careless which may cause you trouble at the closing table. - Wed Nov 7 2007, 04:07
Three years ago we sold mom and dad's house in 7 days (151st). A year later, their best friends house around the corner took 4 months. (Falcon Crest). Since the snow birds are just starting their season in PHX, now should be a great time to sell if you price it right. - Fri Oct 5 2007, 15:21
Your agent should show you from the MLS or tax records what other properties have actually sold for that are similiar to yours. You need to price your home very near the average price of those sales.
If the home is priced right, you would have had at least 10-12 people preview your home and 1-2 offers by now, according to the NAR statistics. - Fri Oct 5 2007, 04:20
