""My wife and I recently transferred to the High Point area from Clarksville, TN. Although we had some ideas of the sort of home we were looking for and the budget we felt comfortable with, it was still a daunting process. On top of that, we had a very limited time to look at potential properties over a two day period. She helped so much, allowing us the time we needed, answering all of our questions quickly, accurately and always courteously. Throughout the purchase process, Michaela helped steer us clear of potential minefields, explaining the process in clear and understandable ways and, when I wasn't sure the stress wouldn't do me in completely, she offered encouragement. She handled the entire transaction, including so many details I can only guess at with aplomb and good nature. We both appreciate her abilities so much.
