It's very likely that the realtor's website needs to be updated. also, I've noticed that sites like Realtor.com have a week or so delay with a new listing. the best way to get teh most recent listings is to have access to MLS through an agent. You can look at MLS from my site. If there is anything you 'd like to see, and you're not working with an agent let me know.
