I have enjoyed residing in Granite Bay since 1992. This has proven to be a wonderful place to live and raise my children. I have been involved in many aspects of the community including school committees, fundraisers, team mom for Jr. Grizzlie and Grizzlie sports, worked as a school psychologist in the Eureka School District, and volunteered with the National Charity League and the local SPCA.
If you want to know anything about this area...just ask someone who has worked in and raised kids in the community. If I don't know the answer, I know where to find it!

I love this business because it allows me to work with the greatest people, working to find them just the right home, or helping them realize the most in the sale of their home as they move to another place or time in their lives.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon in Journalism with an emphasis in Advertising. This comes in handy as marketing properties is very important, especially in this challenging market. I know how to market!

I also have a Masters Degree in Counseling/School Psychology. I worked in the Eureka School District as a school Psychologist before my children were old enough to handle the crazy hours of a Realtor. My Counseling and Psychology background are very helpful when negotiating with folks that are making such important life decisions!

What specifically would you like to know about the HOA in Eastridge? $110 is current HOA monthly dues.
