The estimate of closing costs do not appear to be accessive. However, have you taken the time to speak with the escrow officer to discuss an itemized list of all charges. This should help you to understand what the charges cover and hopefully help to settle any questions you may have. With regards to the question of Notary. You may use your own Notary to help reduce costs. Good luck!
