Price per square foo tin Glendora is tricky - area is a bg part of what adds value. A corner house by Williams is likely to be on the corner of a busy street, which will decrease the price per square foot. For specific home comparables, expecially with regard to Glendora, please contact me. I am very active in Glendora schools and church and know the areas very well!
