I would do some checking first with the city planning the park. If the park was already in and you could see what kind of activity was going on, then you could make a more informed desicion. Some parks have late night basketball and volleyball and that could be very noisy and who knows what else. - Fri May 9 2008, 09:23
I agree with all the answers. If the house is in immaculate condition, has been kept up as far as maintenance, then it should sell within 3 months or less. This is, of course, if it has been priced at or below the market. Constantly checking what is happening in the market is a must for the real estate agent because this is a highly fluctuating market. - Wed Oct 17 2007, 16:50
