About Me
I have lived in Arrowhead Ranch, Glendale, AZ for almost 20 years. My areas of expertise are, of course, the Arrowhead Ranch Community. I especially like to show my clients thinking of moving here, why they really should join the Arrowhead Country Club. We have been members of the country club for as long as we have lived here. Besides the many activities that are offered such as golf, tennis, state of the art fitness facility, the fact that we have made life-long friendships with the members. Is a lot backing to a park a good location to build a new home?

I would do some checking first with the city planning the park. If the park was already in and you could see what kind of activity was going on, then you could make a more informed desicion. Some parks have late night basketball and volleyball and that could be very noisy and who knows what else. - Fri May 9 2008, 09:23

I agree with all the answers. If the house is in immaculate condition, has been kept up as far as maintenance, then it should sell within 3 months or less. This is, of course, if it has been priced at or below the market. Constantly checking what is happening in the market is a must for the real estate agent because this is a highly fluctuating market. - Wed Oct 17 2007, 16:50
